Hi everyone,
NOT TO BE MISSED, Saturday December 16, at College André Grasset (1001 Boul Crémazie E, Montréal, QC H2M 1M3), there will be a fantastic event happening for your progress in your clubs officers journey.
The TLI is opened to all Toastmasters as well: it could motivate them to take over when the election will be held in May 2018.
You are invited to arrive as early as 8am, so you can register yourself at the door, then go to the cafeteria to enjoy a good breakfast and network with your TM. colleagues.
The TLI starts at 9am sharp. The day will end at 3pm.
The plenary session will include :
- Pathways navigation with a Guide
- Session on the Membership Retention given by our Club Growth Director
- A 60 minutes session on working the 7 officers together; in little groups you will discuss your request for support for the next 6 months, then the District Trio will answer them.
And then, bring your lunch because we will have lunch altogether, giving you the opportunity to ask more questions regarding your needs of your clubs and exchange valuable interesting hints from your colleagues, to grow stronger clubs.
At 1pm, we all get together again in the large room to continue the 7 officers training, Q&A., for 30 minutes.

as per your main requests given to your Areas directors during their Area visits:
Aurore Liang and Barbara Whiston will give each one their session, 1 in English, 1 in French, on the fantastic subject: ”Tools on Social medias promotion” and you will have the opportunity to do a group project to take home.
Oren and Maxemilien Robichaud will give a session on Leadership;
one room in French, 1 room in English, simultanously.
You will also have the opportunity to attend a session on Coaching a club in difficulty, and how to work with the Coach
It’s going to be a rewarding day, and very motivating for the next 6 months, when you will practice those tools, I am truly convinced.
